Therapeutic massage in pregnancy is different from what we do in other contexts. We use therapeutic techniques associated with relaxation techniques, well targeted and specific to the context of pregnancy, with emphasis mainly on the back, lower back and neck to relieve pain. It is possible in a massage session, knowing well the particular needs and sensitivities at this stage, can then achieve the goals more fully, combining various techniques that will provide a feeling of well-being and relaxation in the future mom that is transmitted to the baby. .
